Section 1.5: Navigating Your Dashboard

Your dashboard is the central control hub of your ABRAM Network workspace. It automatically adapts to your workspace role and permissions, presenting you with the metrics, tasks, and actions most relevant to your daily operations.

1. Client and Producer Dashboard

For creative directors, agencies, and production managers, the dashboard provides a high-level view of active projects, financial updates, and upcoming deliverables.

Layout Customization

The dashboard is structured as a modular card grid. You can customize which cards are visible on your screen:

  1. Click the Customize Dashboard or gear icon on your dashboard page.
  2. Toggle individual cards (such as Project Health, Action Items, Spend Summary, or Portfolio Health Trends) on or off.
  3. Save changes. Your preference is saved locally to keep your workspace clean.

Permissions and Financial Fallbacks

To protect sensitive financial information within agencies, the dashboard dynamically modifies its layout based on your team permissions:

  • Full Financial Access: Users with financial permissions see the Total Spend metric card and the Budget Comparison chart, displaying real-time tracking of project budgets versus actual costs.
  • Restricted Access: If you do not have financial permissions, all financial widgets are automatically hidden. In their place, a Milestones Due card is displayed to help you focus on active project delivery timelines.

2. Contractor and Freelancer Dashboard

For independent crew members and talent, the dashboard is designed to track upcoming bookings, manage onboarding requirements, and review work requests.

Onboarding Banners

If your payment profile setup is incomplete, a warning banner will display at the top of your dashboard. Clicking this banner redirects you to the setup page so you can finish connecting your payout details and avoid payment delays.

Peer Feedback and Team Ratings

To maintain a high-quality creative network, the system triggers a peer rating flow when a project is completed:

  1. A Peer Feedback banner will appear on your dashboard when a recent project is marked as finished.
  2. Clicking this banner opens a review window listing all team members who worked on the production with you.
  3. You can rate and provide reviews for your crew mates. Once submitted, the banner is dismissed, and your ratings are added to their profile statistics.

Track your current workload and availability directly from your home screen:

  • Utilization Progress Ring: A radial gauge showing what percentage of your weekly capacity is currently booked.
  • 30-Day Trend Sparkline: A small line chart visualizing your workload trends over the past month to help you manage your availability.
